我国东部地区数字经济效率差异研究

Research on the Efficiency Difference of Digital Economy in Eastern China

  • 摘要: 文章基于2010—2019年我国东部地区面板数据测算数字经济效率。研究发现:无论是静态截面效率还是动态跨期效率地区效率均存在较大差异。就静态截面效率而言,2019年辽宁省和海南省的效率最高且达到技术效率前沿,广东省的技术效率最低;就动态跨期效率而言,2018—2019年跨期效率变动结果显示除辽宁、海南和福建省,其他8个省市技术效率下降,规模效率是引起技术效率下降的主要原因。为促进数字经济高质量发展,提升数字经济区域效率,应推进东部地区数字化转型支持政策;催生新技术、新资本、新劳动、新土地、新思想,优化数字经济建设资源投入;强化科技创新,构建双循环新格局;发挥自身优势,打造数字经济发展新模式。

     

    Abstract: Based on the panel data of eastern China from 2010 to 2019, this paper calculates the digital economic efficiency and finds that there are great differences in both static section efficiency and dynamic inter-temporal efficiency. In terms of static section efficiency, Liaoning and Hainan Provinces have the highest efficiency and reach the forefront of technical efficiency, while Guangdong Province has the lowest technical efficiency. The results of inter-temporal efficiency changes from 2018 to 2019 show that except Liaoning, Hainan and Fujian, the technical efficiency of other 8 provinces and cities has decreased, and the scale efficiency is the main reason for the decline of technical efficiency. In order to promote the high-quality development of digital economy and improve the regional efficiency of digital economy, it is necessary to promote the digital transformation support policies in the eastern areas; to give birth to new technologies, new capital, new labor, new land and new ideas, and to optimize resource investment in digital economy construction; to strengthen scientific and technological innovation, and to build a new pattern of double circulation; to give play to its own advantages, and to create a new model for the development of digital economy.
