Abstract:
With the advent of digital society, a large number of public cultural resources are integrated and processed into digital products through advanced digital technology. However, in the utilization of public digital cultural resources, the educational differentiation at the group and regional levels is more prominent due to the threshold of information environment, differences in economic and equipment conditions, differences in knowledge and ability, intelligent recommendation algorithms. According to the core viewpoints of theory of information differentiation and new public service, this paper analyzes the primary reasons of educational differentiation in the utilization of public digital cultural resources, and puts forward the following countermeasures: carrying out the poverty alleviation through digital cultural resources and reducing the burden of network expenses; improving the network infrastructure and increasing resources accessibility; developing the education of digital skills and narrowing the gap of knowledge and ability between individuals; strengthening government supervision and guiding the sound development of enterprises.
