中华民族现代文明建设背景下教育家精神的弘扬

The Promotion of Educator's Spirit under the Background of Building Modern Chinese Civilization

  • 摘要: 习近平总书记在中国式现代化建设的新征程中提出的中华民族现代文明,是以中华优秀传统文化为根脉进行的创造性转化、创新性发展,是以马克思主义为魂脉的中国特色社会主义现代文明新形态,是以中国式教育现代化建设为现实立足点所创造的文明形态,具有鲜明的主体特质、中国特色和时代特征。习近平总书记关于教育家精神的重要论述赋予新时代人民教师崇高使命,也赋予新时代人民教师投身中华民族现代文明建设的文化使命。在中华民族现代文明建设背景下弘扬教育家精神,领会在中国式教育现代化宏观战略的引领下教师文化建设的原则遵循和精神动力,重塑新时代教师应该具备的崇高人格、精神风貌和专业素养,需要坚定文化自信,注重理想信念与道德情操的培养;坚持守正创新,注重育人智慧与躬耕态度的实践;秉持开放包容,注重仁爱之心与弘道追求的体现。

     

    Abstract: The modern Chinese civilization, as put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping in Chinese path to modernization, encompasses several key aspects. Firstly, it represents a creative transformation and innovative development rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture. Secondly, it forms a new type of modern socialist civilization with Chinese characteristics, with Marxism as its core essence. Thirdly, it embodies a spiritual form derived from the practical basis of modernizing Chinese education, marked by distinct subject orientation, Chinese characteristics, and contemporary features. General Secretary Xi Jinping's important statements on the spirit of educators endows teachers in the new era with a lofty mission, as well as a cultural duty to engage in the construction of modern Chinese civilization. We should fully understand the principles and spiritual motivation of teachers' cultural construction under the guidance of the macro-strategy of the modernization of Chinese education, and reshape the lofty personality, spiritual style and professional quality that teachers should possess in the new era. To do this, we need to strengthen cultural self-confidence and pay attention to the cultivation of ideals, beliefs and moral sentiments, adhere to the right innovation, pay attention to the practice of educating people's wisdom and cultivating attitude, uphold openness and inclusiveness, and pay attention to the embodiment of benevolence and grand pursuit.
