Abstract:
In the research on the omnimedia communication system, how to fully convert research findings into practical knowledge was a pressing and challenging issue. To address this issue, a research approach was established, starting from the information dissemination system and ending with the ideal type. Based on this approach, the omnimedia communication system could be viewed as an official cooperation network rebuilt in the media field by the government in response to the impact of the Internet on the "grid structure". The ideal type of this system was the optimal operating mechanism under specific constraint conditions and dynamic systems. After incorporating specific constraint conditions and dynamic systems in the local context, this optimal operating mechanism means politics and the market operate independently. On the one hand, cooperation agreements were formulated through policy guidance, requiring network members to reach agreements on content traffic distribution, technical standard unification, and cross-disciplinary talent collaboration. On the other hand, a trading platform was constructed based on market drivers to promote the trading of related products (services) among network members.
