Abstract: As the components of Chinese multi-ecological customary law culture, the traditional ecological concept of legal rules for minorities in Guizhou is both local resources and the wisdom for the construction of ecological legal civilization in Guizhou. What is more, such multi-ecological customary law culture coincides with the modern ecological legal thought in China. Considering the difficulties of constructing ecological civilized rule of law, this essay explains Guizhou minority's traditional ecological concept of legal rules. It explores traditional ecological legal culture of minorities in Guizhou from three perspectives: the ecological ethics, social priority and ecological legal rule, and discusses the enlightenments of traditional ecological concepts of Guizhou on modern ecological civilized rule of law.
