Abstract: With the unified thinking of theoretical logic and operation practice, the paper discusses principle of structure and principle of integral division as Dezhi principle of comprehensive health. There search divides the principles into four major aspects: ontology health and its governing system, and ecological health and its governing system. By means of the intermediary of health balance system, the writer gets through the link between the healthy moral system and the healthy moral governance system of the Chinese medicine, and integrates them together to make a thinkable and operable ecological diagnosis of Chinese medicine. He develops he traditional eight syndrome dialectics to the New Eight Pairs of dialectics (the sixteen dialectics); improves the four diagnostic methods to the New Eight Pairs of diagnostic methods; and refines the eight treatment to the New Eight Pairs of treatment. Such a way promotes the accuracy of diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
