Abstract:
The importance of tacit knowledge is not the absolute amount of a persons' tacit knowledge, but how the owners of tacit knowledge share his or her tacit knowledge in the team to complete the team goals, so that it makes the tacit knowledge becomes practical productive forces. Based on the previous researches, this paper focuses on the tacit knowledge sharing among team members, and establishes a differential dynamic model for describing tacit knowledge sharing by applying the system dynamics methods. According to analyzing the main parameters influencing the tacit knowledge sharing, it puts forword aprocess of strengthening management to promote tacit knowledge sharing among members.
