Abstract: Establishing and implementing a scientific and effective premarital health examination is conducive to controlling infertility, the spread of infectious diseases and birth defects and other adverse circumstances.However, the current status quo of premarital health examination in China is not satisfactory.To this end, this paper puts forward the full implementation of the free premarital health examination, focusing on the feasibility and significance of it.To conclude, the paper presents four related suggestions the full implementation of the free premarital health examination.
