Abstract:
The application of corpus has revolutionized the study of translation teaching. With the theoretical foundation of Social Constructivism and on the basis of the data-driven learning, this paper explores the construction of college English translation teaching model and its operation procedure, by building Translation Teaching Parallel Corpus with the materials from Time (bilingual) and Economist (bilingual) and Learner Translation Parallel Corpus from the students' translation exercises, aiming to provide new approach to translation teaching.
