Abstract:
This article empirically studies the performance and relationship of responsibility-obligation of college-student societies and its members by surveying over 248 society members via self-designed psychological contract questionnaires in Fujian Normal University. The study reveals that, firstly, the overall performance of members in psychological contract keeps in medium level or above. The subscale of society has lower scores than that of members while interpersonal relationship gets the highest score than other dimensions in both subscales; secondly, there exists distinct positive correlation in responsibility-obligation between society and member. Meanwhile, grades and positions of member and the nature of society vary significantly in different dimensions of psychological contract; thirdly, four dimensions in both subscales of psychological contract influences each other both parallel and crosswise.
