新修辞理论视域下的汉英旅游网站文本的修辞对比与翻译

摘要: 本文从新修辞理论的视角对比分析了汉英旅游网站汉英文本在话语内容、诉求策略、建构方式和美学手段等方面的差异,并选取若干有代表性的汉语旅游网站的英译实例进行了具体分析,同时指出汉英旅游网站的文本译者应以受众为转移,根据双语的修辞差异对翻译进行必要的调适。Abstract: This paper compares and contracts the language of Chinese and English tourism websites in terms of arguments, appeals, arrangement and aesthetics from the perspective of New Rhetoric. Besides, some translation examples are carefully derived and closely analyzed. It is concluded that in the translation of tourism websites, translators should consider the readers of the translation and make necessary adjustments based on the rhetoric differences between languages.
