大学生人力资源自我开发的现状与对策—基于河南某高校的调查研究

The Status Quo of and the Countermeasures for College Students' Self-Development of Human Resources:Based on an Investigation of a Certain University in Henan Province

  • 摘要: 采用自编的“大学生学习生活状况及价值观念调查问卷”对河南某高校在校大学生进行问卷调查, 从自我开发意识、自我开发能力和自我开发行为三个方面分析了大学生人力资源自我开发的现状。结果表明, 大部分大学生有着较强的自我开发意识, 但是, 相当多的大学生在人力资源自我开发方面的行动力不足, 而且有超过半数的大学生自我开发能力有待进一步提高。因此, 要有效推动大学生人力资源的自我开发, 高校要积极开展大学生自我开发教育, 并为大学生自我开发创造良好的环境; 家长应指导大学生进行自我教育, 培养其独立意识, 提高其生活自理能力; 大学生应增强自我开发意识, 学习科学的开发方法, 积极地进行自我开发。

     

    Abstract: Based on a self-designed questionnaire about "college students' living conditions and values" of on-campus college students in a certain university in Henan Province, the essay analyzes college students' self-development of human resources from three aspects:consciousness, ability and behavior of self-development.The results show that most college students have strong self-development consciousness, but the majority lacks the motivation for self-development of human resources and over a half of college students need to improve their ability of self-development of human resources.Therefore, universities should create a favorable environment for college students to cultivate their self-development motivation and ability.Parents should encourage college students' self-independence and self-management so as to improve their self-development of human resources.College students themselves should strengthen their own consciousness and adopt scientific methods to cultivate self-development of human resources.
