Abstract: The legislation of public servants'property declaration has been recognized by the world as the most effective anti-corruption path.It is also necessary for fight corruption according to law.The only way to declare legislation for public servants in China is to formulate a single law of public officers'property declaration.Specify the scope of public servants who have the obligation to declare property; the scope of property declared; the procedure of declaration; the legal consequences of non-declaration with the law; and other contents; perfect the financial security system; real estate registration system; and other relevant systems.
