Abstract: Integrating into the urban community is an important part of urbanization of new generation migrant workers. On the basis of ERG theory and starting from the satisfaction degree of the urban community, this paper analyzes the current status about integrating into the urban community of new generation migrant workers. The results show that the new generation migrant workers' satisfaction is medium. With support of the ERG theory, it is suggested that the government, communities, residents and social forces form a force to effectively promote the integrating of migrant workers by eliminating system obstacle, innovating management methods, improving community acceptance and expanding the social support network.
