The normal education is one of the focuses of education reform of the New Deal in the late Qing Dynasty and the number of the Japanese teachers who engaged in it is the majority. Therefore, it's necessary to analyze the key problems, such as the composition and the distribution of the Japanese teaching, the courses they taught and some key figures' activities. Making analysis of the role of Japanese teaching in normal education modernization in China, rethinking their disadvantages has referential value for the current normal education system reform.
