Abstract:
The refugees were unprecedented in terms of its number, range and sadness of plight in the record of the refugee history. "Disorder, panic and harassment" were the basic reflection of the displaced people. Even under such a miserable condition, the vast number of refugees, especially the inland literal people, with strong will, were still engaged in political, economic and cultural development, spreading the advanced thoughts and views and promoting the development of cultural undertakings. As a result, the unique "inland-moving culture" came into being.
