Abstract:
The transition "from job to mission" and "from matching to constructing" is an essential step to cross for career teaching during which it should focus on awakening the meaning of life and improving the happy growth of individuals. By reviewing and referring to existing studies of career teaching, this article puts forward several transforming strategies from the perspective of the meaning of life which include developmental teaching strategy on teaching goal, narration-oriented strategy on teaching content and career adaptability strategy on teaching effect evaluation.
