Abstract:
Based on the questionnaire data of rural areas in 4 counties of Guangxi, the essay explores non-economic factors to affect the effectiveness of "new rural insurance" policy. The survey shows that some non-economic factors, such as farmers' education level, occupation, family structure, endowment concept etc. can affect the validity of the "new rural insurance" policy to a certain degree and that the influence of different non-economic factors varies. These findings can help promote comprehension and optimization of the "new rural insurance" policy.
