Abstract: Zhao Zhenji was not only a famous litterateur in Ming Dynasty, but also an acute statesman and rationalist.Zhao was greatly influenced by Wang Yangming's philosophy in his early days and was inclined to Yangming School on his academic thought.His masterpiece Zhao Wensugong Anthology was reprinted more than once and has passed down, which is valuable to contemporary scholars.But few studies on his works have been made.This paper analyzes Zhao's achievements in academic circle and his political statues in Ming Dynasty from his works and political career.
